THE BASIC [15-20 Images] $165
Recommended for a variety of homes, condos, apartments or lofts up to 2,500 ft².
THE STANDARD [21-30 Images] $215
Recommended for properties 3,000 to 4000 ft².
THE PREMIUM [31-40 Images] $265
Recommended for properties 3,000 to 5,000 ft².
THE ESTATE [41-50+ Images] $315
Recommended for properties over 5,000 ft2. Additional images may be added to this package at $8 per image.
A walk through with client or client representative is highly recommended.
Other Photography Services
EXTERIOR ONLY $65
This includes up to 4 images. Additional images are $8 per image. Images are delivered by following morning.
INTERIOR ONLY $75
This interior-only package is specifically for properties that have previously been photographed by Darin Wood Photography and are in need of updated images due to staging changes, wall colors, renovations, etc. This package includes up to 5 images. Additional images are $8 per image and package is limited to a total of 10 finished images. Images are delivered by following morning.
MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL Contact for Rates
Apartment Complexes, Condominiums, Hotels, Retirement Living, etc. Full and Half Day rates and the number of images varies. A contract is required.
Video Tour Packages
THE SILVER TOUR $225
This level video tour includes an Unbranded (MLS compliant) High Definition “walk-through” video tour of the property. Included is an “Unbranded” video, hosted online with video file available upon request. Licensed background track is provided. The video tour is uploaded to YouTube and in addition is hosted on darinwoodphoto.com for the life of the listing. A link to your “unbranded” video will be provided for use on the MLS as well as social media or websites used to advertise the property. *Properties over 5000 ft² have an additional charge based on square footage.
THE GOLD TOUR $265
This level video tour is identical to the Silver with an additional Branded video tour included. Your branding appears before, during and after video playback. *Properties over 5000 ft² have an additional charge based on square footage.
